Let’s face it, postholiday depression is a real thing. I don’t know about you all, but when I take down my tree and holiday decorations, my house feels empty and meaningless. Not to mention the confusion I experience in what to wear. Am I supposed to jump right into Spring? It seems weird to wear all of the Christmas and Holiday patterns and colors now that Christmas is over. I typically find myself wanting to wear lighter colors, but struggle because it is still cold. As a matter of fact, it is coldest in Texas during the months of January through March. I decided to put together some pieces to help lighten up my mood, but also use as layering pieces so I can stay warm.
1. Kaleidescope Star Print Cashmere Sweater // 2. Olive Drive Lottie Purse // 3. Feather Necklace Pendant // 4. Laureen Heels // 5. Epoxy Drop Earrings // 6. “Up Beat” T-Shirt // 7. Rose Gold Sequin Crop Top // 8. Jacquard Hearts Wrap Skirt
I decided to break out my dog sweater, which always puts a smile on my face and is certainly great armor for the post holiday blues, but still warm and cozy!
